贯穿 BORGES这款西文字体的是一次从现在回到过去的旅程。字体名称源于 Jorge-Luis Borges。受阿根廷作家博尔赫斯小说的影响，字母都像一个个角色一样存在于词组或文本中：“U”是蒙面染工梅尔夫的哈基姆，“K”为杀人不眨眼的比尔·哈利根，也可以称"D"玫瑰角的汉子......重构的字体，展现“混沌”的周遭；多元的字母，借以营造文学的“非现实感”。

The design process of BORGES is a journey back through time. The name of the typeface comes from Jorge-Luis Borges, influenced by his novels, where each letter exists as a character in a phrase or text. "U" is Hakim the masked dyer Merv, "K" is the murderous Bill Halligan, also known as "D" the man with the rose horn ...... The reconstructed typeface reveals the 'chaotic' surroundings; the multiplicity of letters creates a literary "sense of unreality".
